TAILGATING

  • For 2021, there are no designated tailgating areas at State Farm Stadium or other venues.

PARKING (Feb. 14 Update)

    • ADA Accessible spots are available in in the front of both Gray Preferred and East 2 parking lots.
    • Magnetometers are in use and temp checks will be taken.
    • Friday, Feb. 12, 2021 parking for Team Registration is complimentary.
    • Saturday-Monday (Feb. 13-15, 2021) parking is $5 WITH in/out privileges. All parking transactions are CASHLESS. A credit or debit card is required. Reverse ATMs are available onsite.

  • NO ENTRY AFTER WAVE START TIMES - NO EXCEPTIONS
    • Wave AM1 starts 7am
    • Wave AM2 starts 11am
    • Wave PM1 starts 3pm
    • Wave PM2 starts 7pm
  • NO RE-ENTRY DURING A WAVE AT ANY LOCATION - NO EXCEPTIONS
  • No team practices Friday, Feb. 12.
  • Registered Team players and coaches (with AAU membership) are admitted FREE with tournament credentials through designated Team Entrance locations.
  • One parent/spectator per athlete is allowed.
    • $32 roster fee for designated parent.
    • Clubs/Teams complete the ROSTER TEMPLATE and email to festival.fiesta.tickets@gmail.com
      • Only include players that are, or will be, on your AES roster.
      • If a player does not have a parent/spectator, leave those columns blank.
      • If a parent/spectator plans to swap days with someone else, only include one parent/spectator/player on the template.
    • Designated parents/spectators are emailed an online SportsEngine link to register and pay their $32 roster fee.
    • We verify parent/spectator registrations and payments as part of our pre-check-in process for every team.
    • Daily wrist bands for the designated parents/spectators making payment by Feb. 9 are included in the Team's check-in bag received at Drive-Thru Team Check-in Feb. 11 or 12 at State Farm Stadium.
  • Other parent/spectator info:
    • Do not pay your Parent/Spectator roster fee until your team is "Accepted" in AES and we've emailed you an online link.
    • There are no additional ticket fees.
    • The $32 covers all 3 days of admission.
    • Parents/Spectators can swap days but can't swap out during a day.
    • Parents/Spectators do no need AAU Memberships.
    • Parents/Spectators do not need to be on the AES Team roster.
    • Parents/spectators have their own designate Entrance line at venues.
    • No re-entry during a specific wave of play.
    • No onsite ticket or wrist band sales.
    • Parents/Spectators have to pay the roster fee by Feb. 9 to receive wrist bands in their Team's check-in bag.
    • Children 2 and under can accompany their parent for free and without a wrist band.
    • Any non-player older than 2 has to be a designated spectator and pay the $32 roster fee.
    • Everyone over 2 years old must wear a mask while in the venues unless eating or drinking and maintaining social distance-NO EXCEPTIONS. If you can't wear a mask, please stay home.
  • Stadium Ticket Window Hours
    • Ticket window are not open in 2021
  • There are no ticket sales at any playing sites.
  • Admission credentials are good for ALL Playing Sites.
  • Online Orders
    • There is no online ticket ordering in 2021.
  • Will Call Hours 
    • There is no Will Call in 2021.

FOOD & DRINK POLICY

  • Water and Gatorade stations will NOT be set up at the playing areas (unless COVID guidelines change)
  • Teams receive two 24-count cases of Gatorade per team at Team Check-in Feb. 11-12.
  • Concessions are available for sale inside.
  • Athletes may bring individual snacks and water bottles into all facilities in their team bag/backpack.
  • Coaches may bring team water bottle carriers.  
  • No coolers or large drink containers.
  • No bulk food items (i.e. boxes of pizza, bags of sandwiches, etc.).
  • No designated Tailgating or Team Tent areas for 2021.
  • Magnetometers at the Stadium will be in use.
  • Temperature check are performed before entering all sites.

CHAIR POLICY

  • Stadium: No personal chairs allowed. Floor seating available.
  • ASC: personal chairs ok w/rubber feet.
  • KROC: personal chairs ok w/rubber feet.
  • AZ Sky VB Academy: personal chairs ok w/rubber feet.
  • Ignite: personal chairs ok w/rubber feet.
  • Aspire: personal chairs ok w/rubber feet.
  • Greenway: personal chairs w/rubber feet ok in Practice gym only
