Get you teams fed safely! Athleats Food Delivery was started by former volleyball parents to help you get restaurant food or snacks for the sidelines. No markups and cheaper than other delivery services like Door Dash.
  • Delivery of waters, Gatorades, and snacks from Costco or Sam's Club.
  • Healthy food from a local restaurant to your hotel or sport venue.
  • Affordable pricing: The greater of $25 or 10% of Costco/Sams' orders or 15% of Restaurant orders.

  • PHOENIX CONVENTION CENTER: No Tailgating or Team Tents allowed.

PARKING (2023)

  • PHOENIX CONVENTION CENTER
    • $15 per day with NO in/out privileges.
    • All parking transactions are CASHLESS. A credit or debit card is required. Reverse ATMs are available onsite.
    • Lots open at 6am

  • BELL BANK PARK (Legacy)
    • $5 per day with in/out privileges.
    • All parking transactions are CASHLESS through AirGarage online.
    • License plates are scanned going in and out of the Park.
    • Pay by scanning AirGarage QR codes located throughout the Park within 20-minutes of entering.
    • Failure to pay will result in billing for parking plus fees and penalties. 
    • You can download the AirGarage app prior to arrival and enter your information so you are ready to go when you get to the Park. 
    • Curbside drop-off is prohibited. 
    • Lots open at 6am.

*** BELL BANK PARK ROAD CONSTRUCTION ***

Due to construction, Ellsworth Rd (southbound) is down to one lane until August 24th! Plan to arrive 60 minutes early and adjust your travel plans accordingly to allow extra time due to possible delays. 

Alternative routes to enter include:
The loop 202 to Power, East on Pecos, and North on Ellsworth.
The loop 202 to Route 24 to Williams Field.
If Williams Field is backed up when getting off the 24, remain on the 24 continue straight, get off on Signal Butte, turn West on Pecos, and North on Ellsworth.

Please check your Google Maps to accommodate for traffic and time delays due to the closures. 


ADMISSIONS

  • Entrance doors open at the following times:
    • PCC: 4:30 pm Friday (Upper North Halls); 7am Sat. - Mon.
    • Bell Bank Park: 7am Sat. - Mon.
  • Friday, Feb. 17 admission is FREE at the Team Practices
  • Registered Team players, coaches and chaperones (with AAU membership) are admitted free with tournament credentials.
  • Ticket Booth Hours
    • Friday, Feb 17 (PCC only): 4:30pm  - 8:00 pm
    • Saturday, Feb 18: 6:30 am - 7:00 pm
    • Sunday, Feb 19: 7 am - 7:00 pm
    • Monday, Feb 20: 7 am - 2:00 pm 
  • 2023 Onsite Ticket Pricing (facility use fee & taxes included):
    • Single Day: $15
    • 3-Day: $42
  • Admission wrist bands are good for ALL Playing Sites.
  • 2023 Online Event Pass Purchases
    • Registration link and unique Team Codes are sent to Clubs by Feb 6.
    • $35 for 3-day Event Pass registration through Feb 13.
    • Event Pass wrist bands are included in Team Registration bags.
    • Teams are responsible for distributing Event Pass wristbands to their registered parents/spectators.
    • Event Pass purchase receipt is not valid for entry. Wristbands are required for entry.

FOOD & DRINK POLICY (2023)

  • Phoenix Convention Center
    • Water filter stations throughout the playing areas for athlete use.
    • Concessions available for sale inside.
    • Athletes may bring individual snacks and water bottles into all facilities in their team bag/backpack.
    • Coaches may bring team water bottle carriers.  
    • No coolers or large drink containers.
    • No bulk food items (i.e. boxes of pizza, bags of sandwiches, etc.).
    • No Tailgating or Team Tents.

  • Bell Bank Park (Legacy)
    • Concessions available for sale throughout the Park (grab-and-go options, The GOAT Restaurant and Sports Bar on Miller Lite way, concession stands and food trucks).
    • Athletes may bring individual snacks and water bottles into all facilities in their team bag/backpack.
    • Coaches may bring team water bottle carriers. 

    PROHIBITED ITEMS OR ACTIVITIES (2023)

        • Suitcases, with or without wheels, larger than 24″ long x 15″ wide x 18″ high (61 cm x 38 cm x 46 cm)
        • Outside food and beverage. 
        • Water bottles are permitted and filtered water stations are located throughout the Park.
        • Coolers are only permitted at outdoor venues.
        • No pets allowed in the Park.
        • No Tripods or monopod stands that cannot fit inside a standard backpack or that extend over 6′ (182 cm).
        • No Commercial photographic or video recording services without previous permission from facility management
        • No Tailgating or overnight parking.
        • No Tobacco and/or smoking products, including cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vaporizers, cigars, lighters, marijuana, smokeless tobacco, and any other product, item, or device related to the consumption of tobacco or THC.
        • Umbrellas or shade structures are permitted in outdoor venues but must not be staked into the ground.  Use of these items must not obstruct the view of other guests.  Weighted anchoring for shade structures is required and must be taken down if inclement weather, such as high wind, develops.
        • No Firearms, ammunition, knives, and weapons of any kind.
        • No Self-defense or restraining devices (e.g., pepper spray, mace).
        • No Gum, sunflower seeds, nuts with shells, or tobacco products.
        • No Fireworks or other similarly explosive and/or flammable objects, smoke machines, or fog machines.
        • No Glass containers.
        • No Horns, whistles, large megaphones, or artificial noisemakers.
        • No Banners, flags, flag poles, or similar items.  Handheld signs not greater than 11 X 17 inches may be displayed in the sporting venues.
        • No Recreational devices such as drones, remote-control toys, skateboards, scooters, inline skates, or shoes with built-in wheels.
        • Wagons are prohibited indoors.

        CHAIR POLICY

        • No personal chairs allowed. Floor and bleacher seating is available.
