2010 FESTIVAL DATES - PHOENIX, ARIZONA   2010 Festival Competition will be held from Monday, June 28th thru Saturday, July 3rd. Championship Finals will be in US Air Center Friday, July 2nd. Divisional Championships will be completed on Saturday, July 3rd. Check-in, Registration, Coaches and Chaperone Meetings will be held Saturday, June 26th and Sunday, June 27th [For more information email info@volleyball-festival.com.] Volleyball Festival 2010 Registration   Registration Payment: Registration consists of one payment. The fee for 14 thru 18 is $1295. The fee for 12 & 13 is $1195. Only one other fee can be charged, a late fee of $100 per team if the team has not signed up before March 12, 2010. All fees are non-refundable. Please register by March 12th to avoid a late fee for your team fee. Register on AES: Each team needs to be registered on AES before they are eligible for housing. (The housing process will be described on our website). USAV Medical Form: May 1st – a copy of each individuals USAV Medical Form and an original Volleyball 2010 Waiver Form. Festival Waiver Forms are also due on May 1st to: Volleyball Festival, 7211 Windwood Court, Sugar Land, TX 77479 Rosters for Program: Please make sure your roster is correct by May 1st to be entered into the Volleyball Festival souvenir program. FREE FUND RAISER: Please let us know if you would like us to send you raffle tickets to help you cover your costs. They are free of charge. You keep 100% of the money and sell what you can.
