- Reservations will be accepted through Advanced Event Systems (www.advancedeventsystems.com) from the “My Reservations” links on the “My Events” section after login.
- Please note that there is a “Stay and Play” program requiring all participants to patronize selected hotel vendors. This program helps the Festival keep the Team costs down while still providing unique experiences throughout the tournament, substantial savings on room rates, hotel amenities, and discounts on dining and entertainment.
- NEW this year, each club will be assigned a “Personal Housing Coordinator” (PHC) to bring a level of personal service to the housing process and to your overall Festival experience.
- Teams already registered, who have paid their Festival entry fee, will be contacted by a PHC to assist with hotel reservations. Calls will be made in order of registration date.
- FOR PARENTS: Reservations are open, please book your rooms by clicking Reserve a Room . We ask that parents only book 2 rooms per reservation. If they are booking for a team, please use the Team Online procedures mentioned above.
- Parents booking via Tournament Housing will receive complimentary admission to competition events.
