FESTIVAL REQUIRED FORMS:No Festival Waiver Form is required for 2024. A Medical Release form (Medical Release Form Template) for all Players under 18 years of age must be kept with a coach or team chaperone at all times while attending the Volleyball Festival. Bring a copy of your AES roster available at Team Check-in. For any AAU membership numbers in AES not showing as "verified," bring one of the three following proofs of membership: - AAU Membership Cards for each athlete and non-athlete on the Team Roster; or
- AAU Club Listing (generated from AAU "manage your club" website); or
- AAU Team Roster (generated from AAU "manage your club" website)
