TICKET PRE-SALES

Click HERE to buy online on, or before, June 20.  Tickets purchased on, or before, June 8 are discounted and will be mailed out before the event. See the appropriate section below for a full description of ticket options and admission requirements.


Passes will be mailed beginning June 3. If you do not receive your passes by June 14, 2013, you MUST e-mail the Volleyball Festival office at volleyball.festival.tickets@gmail.com to remedy the situation. Online tickets purchased after June 8 and on, or before, June 20 will not be mailed but can be picked up at the Phoenix Convention Center Box Office beginning June 22 at 2pm. To pick up tickets, customers can present their purchase receipt, government ID or credit card used to make the purchase online.

KIDSZONE by ATHLETIC REVOLUTION

The fitness experts at Athletic Revolution host the KidsZone in the Lower Playing Halls 9am-8pm June 24-26, 9am-5pm June 27, and 9am-3pm June 28. Kids ages 4-13 can enjoy supervised fun-filled activities including inflatables, half-court basketball, mini volleyball, Wii video games, movies, coloring and contests.  Click HERE for more information.

Pre-order DISCOUNTED passes HERE and $ave. Passes are picked up onsite at the KidsZone in the Lower Level playing halls, where a parent will need to sign a waiver. Admission is available onsite for $15 (one day), $40 (3 day), $50 (4 day), $60 (5day). Children must also purchase admission into the Phoenix Convention Center to participate in KidsZone.

REGISTERED PLAYERS, COACHES and CHAPERONES

All registered players, coaches and chaperones are admitted to all playing facilities and the Opening Ceremonies at US Airways Center.  The Championship matches are held in the Phoenix Convention Center and are free of charge for general admission seating.  Players, Coaches and Chaperones should wear their credentials for entry to all playing facilities.


PARENTS and GUESTS

All parents and guests not registered as coaches or chaperones need an All-Access Pass or Daily Wrist Band to enter the playing court areas at the Phoenix Convention Center.  The All-Access Pass also allows entry to the Opening Ceremonies at US Airways Center.   There is no additional charge for general admission seating at the Championship matches which are held in the Phoenix Convention Center.

Parents and guests receive complimentary All-Access Passes if they make a 4-night, or greater, hotel reservation through Festival Housing at one of the Festival properties.  If a parent or guest books less than 4 nights per room through Festival Housing, they will receive Daily Wrist Bands for complimentary admission to all playing facilities equal to the number of nights on their reservation.  They will not receive an All-Access pass or complimentary admission to the Opening Ceremonies.

During Team Registration, complimentary All-Access Passes can be picked up at the Phoenix Convention Center West Building 100-Level Meeting Room area at the designated desk for your hotel property.  These desks will be open Saturday, June 22 (2pm-9pm) and Sunday, June 23 (9am-3pm).

During the week of play, complimentary All-Access Passes and Daily Wrist Bands can be picked up at the Festival All-Access Pass check-in desk at the Phoenix Convention Center West Building 100-Level Meeting Room area Monday, June 24 through Thursday, June 27 (7am-8pm) and Friday, June 28 (7am-Noon).  Any unclaimed All-Access Passes or Daily Wrist Bands after Friday, June 28 are considered forfeited and have no monetary value.

The number of passes or wrist bands per room is limited to the number of guests booked under the reservation or the hotel’s published maximum occupancy for the booked room type (i.e. King-2 people, Double/Double-4 people, etc.), whichever is smaller.  Please make sure your rooming list with Festival Housing is as accurate as possible to ensure you receive the needed number of All-Access Passes or Daily Wrist Bands.

To receive complimentary All-Access Passes or Daily Wrist Bands, your reservation must be made through Festival Housing.  Reservations at Festival Hotels made through other reservation methods are not entitled to complimentary passes and you will need to purchase admission tickets as described below.

CHILDREN

Children 5 and under are admitted free of charge to all playing facilities and the Opening Ceremonies at US Airways Center.  Child pricing is available for those 6-12 years old.


ALL-ACCESS PASSES

All-Access Passes are provided to all parents and guests if they have made a 4-night, or greater, hotel reservation through Festival Housing at one of the Festival Hotel properties.  The All-Access Pass provides complimentary admission to all playing facilities and the Opening Ceremonies at US Airways Center.

  • $50 Adults ($58.50 value) and $35 Children 6-12 years old ($42.50 value)

OPENING CEREMONIES

Tickets to the Opening Ceremonies can be purchased Sunday, June 23 at the US Airways Center Box Offices at 201 East Jefferson between 1st and 2nd Streets from 11am-6:30pm at the below rates:

  • $18.50 Adult (includes ticketing fees)
  • $12.50 Children 6-12 years old (includes ticketing fees)
No credit card fees are assesed on transactions.

WEEKLY PLAYING SITE ADMISSION

CHAMPIONSHIP FINALS

The Championship matches are held in the Phoenix Convention Center.  The All-Access Pass, Player/Coach Credentials or Daily Wrist Band allows you entry at no additional charge.  All Championship Finals will be held on Thursday, June 27 with start times ranging from 2pm to 7pm.  The complete schedule of age group finals will be posted shortly.
